Bathroom and bedroom doors don't lock. Refrig. ice maker and cold water dispencer broke. Toilet in upstair broken and leaking in downstairs dining area. Sliding glass door from great room off track allowing flies and ants and anything that wishes to come in. Inadequate air conditioning for size of home allowing all rooms to be at different temps. This is not meant to be destructive criticism but to have a better quality control group who views each home before it is rented out.

Downstairs full bathroom toilet appeared to be loose and was leaking water. The half bathroom toilet also has a loose handle and runs constantly unless corrected.

Stay Away

This home is roach-infested. On our Third night, they changed the code for the gated comunity. We had 5 of our guests locked out. I called the emergency number only to be called a liar and be cursed at. We paid extra for the heated hot tub only to find that it did not work and the swimming pool had algae all over in it. They finally came yesterday to treat the pool and hot tub and we left today.. We were told it would take several days to clear the algae. We ask for a refund for pool heat and we received no response. The screen over the pool area was pulled apart at the top next to the house and several of us were bitten by mosquitos/bugs.. Stay away from this property.

Easy to rent. Was able to rent in less than 5 minutes. Appreciated quick service due to another host canceling our reservation the day before.
