"Staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The onsite EV chargers were conveniently located and accessible. At one point, we needed to charge our vehicle but both charging stations were in use. One of the vehicles was fully charged and when informed of this front desk staff contacted that guest about the issue and happily they almost immediately responded by disconnecting the charger and moving their car to open the charging space. I consider that willingness to assist a striking example of first class guest service."
