“The room was outdated, worn, felt dark. The bathroom was not clean, moldy. I had to have someone come clean it. They did respond quickly with someone to clean, but there was some mold discoloration even after cleaning. Phone was dirty. Breakfast looked ok, but I didn't try it. Went to Dunkin because I was not confident about cleanliness.”

“I enjoyed my stay. Only complaint would be that I paid about triple the usual rate due to a large group occupying many of the rooms. My dates were not flexible as I was visiting Children's Hospital for an appointment. That aside, the entire experience was pleasant. The facility was nice and the staff was friendly, especially Jesse at the front desk and another lady who appeared to be a lobby attendant of sorts.”

“Parking was easy but my room and my parents rooms smelled and were in bad condition. Parents room was supposed be handicap accessible and was not they did correct that but the room they received had no phone and phone jack was broken along with leaky shower. my room smelled bad and paint peeling off the wall”

“I got to the property very run down clutter all over the outside . Roof falling off out front . There was no one at the desk to check me in when I arrived around 11:30 pm . I walked out and never even stayed because there was nobody to check me in. Expedia needs to do a better job at monitoring the buildings they promote for people to stay in. A waste of money .”

“The view of the Allegany River is breathtaking and the rooms are spacious and clean. The decor makes it feel like home rather than a hotel room. The "take and go" breakfast has a very limited selection. However, the room and the other amenities by far outweigh the limited breakfast. We will definitely stay here again!”

“My family stayed for one night while we were in Pittsburgh for a concert. We were able to park close to the entry, which was convenient. Check in was quick and easy and the staff were friendly. The room was reasonably clean, though showed some minor signs of wear/age. The bath products were lovely, with a gentle, pleasant scent that didn’t feel overpowering. We enjoyed a quiet stay and had the breakfast in the morning, which was decent. I would stay here again.”
