“The accomodation - room/apartment was excellent but the check in and check out staff, communication and attitude was atrocious For such a nice accomodation - the check in person I was allotted took me 2 hours for him to show up - no email from the check in saying where to go and when checking out wouldn’t even arrange transport to the airport as the wifi wasn’t working Great accomodation Extremely poor service by the check in and check out crews Absolute shame - will book a hotel next……

“Vi bodde tre nätter och är mycket nöjda med lägenheten, det som saknades var husgeråd, men eftersom vi inte hade planerat att laga mat gjorde det inte oss någonting. Fantastisk utsikt och mycket bra läge. Tillgång till stor pool på 46:e våningen var en mycket trevlig överraskning. Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam värd. Tack Mobinul Karim!”

“It's fully equipped, the management is super helpful. And the place is super clean with parking provided. Soundproofing is quite bad to be honest, wish the windows can be soundproofed and sound from corridor can be heard. Lift can be improved but overall it's a great place to stay.”

“so far so good for the room and environment. The room is very suitable for 4-5 ppl family, the space is very big. The staff is nice and responds fast through WhatsApp. The location is great! just 5 mins walk to KLCC.”

“チームで対応してくださりとても丁寧でした。チェックインまでは初めてはとてもびっくりするかもしれないです。サイトの料金のほかにデポジット支払いがあります。鍵を受け取る際にパスポートの写真とデポジットが必要です。お部屋はとても広く快適でした。都市部なので、そとの騒音は多少あります。一階にあるセブンイレブンはとても便利でした。アーリーチェックアウトにも対応していただき、とても助かりました。”

“We were very happy with our stay, great communication from the team from before our arrival, security to get in and out if the complex, comfortable apartment and great shower. We loved the pool area to relax after walking around and seeing the sights. It was our first time staying here and we would definitely recommend it and stay again.”

“女子二人旅での利用。チェックイン時に電話をかけないといけないのですがe-simからは掛けられず玄関の守衛さんが電話してくれチェックイン。部屋に入り説明を受けた後に部屋タイプが違うことに気づき伝えると謝罪と共にスイート仕様の部屋に交換してくださいました。担当してくれたOsmanはとても親切で不安無くチェックアウトまで本当に素敵な部屋で過ごすことができました。備え付けのドライヤーだけが少し使いづらかったので改善していただきたいです。駅からも2分くらいの距離。繁華街も徒歩圏内。このプライスはお値打ち。屋上からの夜景も最高でした。また次に行く機会があればぜひまた泊まりたいと思います。”
