The best thing about it were the people who looked after me and were beyond helpful before I arrived arranging my airport pick up, waiting for me when my baggage got lost and taking me back to the airport to collect it. Area is probably a little more mixed - the hotel themselves don’t recommend walking on the street alone after dark. We just took uber point to point and we were fine. We would always see hotel staff/security so it felt safe enough. One small complaint - we stayed on 5th floor which is right underneath the rooftop bar and could hear some stomping. 「A lovely boutique hotel nestled below Table Mountain. The staff and I mean all the staff are outstanding and made our stay a delight, nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommended , a peaceful haven away from the hubbub of the Waterfront, but only a short trip on the hotel shuttle car. 」

「This was a great stay! I absolutely enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again when I’m back in town. The only thing to note, which I also mentioned to the property team, but they may consider adding an instruction list to the welcome packet on how to operate some of the appliances in the unit. I’d like to think I’m pretty tech savvy but I accidentally set off the smoke detector by boiling water - turns out I there was an air vent that I had no idea existed, that should have been turned...
