“飯店大門口不明顯，房間毛巾只一條，衛浴只有小肥皂，沒垃圾桶不方便，總之都不及格”

“The property was quaint and lovely. The staff were extremely welcoming, warm and attentive. The location was walkable to the main road however at night it was poorly lit and the road would be considered almost an alley by North American standards. You needed to walk with your phone flashlight. As a solo female traveler, knowing that Bali is considered safe, it was still a bit unnerving. The property was clean but the room itself needs TLC. The taps were quite eroded as were the tiles in……

“房間乾淨度：房間很髒，有很多小動物：老鼠，青蛙，壁虎。要求換了兩次房才勉強住下。綿被有黃漬，血漬。住四晚都沒有換。飯店距離離市區實在太遠（1小時距離），附近很偏僻。根本不可能靠走的出去。後來老闆覺得不好意思才免費提供飯店車帶我們去Kuta市區。”

“The reception staff were excellent and very helpful with booking tours and arranging things for us. The breakfast staff were awesome too, and the breakfasts were very good too, and their coffees were amazing. The Spa was truly exceptional, and our whole group agreed that these were the best massages we had ever had, the staff were absolutely amazing and were exceptionally skilled in both Bali and Aromatherapy massage, hence we would encourage all visitors to enjoy a massage at the Spa. ”

“Absolut genial und tip top sauber. Lage auch sehr gut. Diamond Beach zu Fuß erreichbar. Ruhig. Das einzige was zu bemängeln war, daß in einem Schlafzimmer oben die Terassentür nicht versperrbar ist.”

“Die Aussicht ist ein Traum und die Villa wunderschön und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Viel Platz und ein Ambiente zum wohlfühlen. Die Treppen sind bei der Hitze eine Challenge aber es wird ein Free-Shuttle zum Ohanas angeboten. Ein paar Treppen weiter rauf ist ein tolles Restaurant/ Café mit hervorragendem Frühstück. ”

“往地离海边大概20分钟步行，房间超级巨大（大概是七十平米左右吧）设备齐全泳池可以因为只有四幢共16个单元本人定三天，因故第一天没入住，请求延续住满三天被拒，淡季只两三个单元有人，”

“I like the design and staff of the villa. The private pool is amazing too. But there are a lot of different type of insects in the villa, like centipede, mosquito, gecko and ants. I am concerned with the cleaniness of the villa since many moving ants are on bed even the staff had cleaned the room. Also, we have to ask the staff to fix the hot water before bathing everyday. ”

“Updated, comfortable bed. Clean room. Upon checking out staff wanted to charge me for a broken “do not disturb” sign. The sign was already broken when I checked in. Document the room when you arrive to avoid additional charges. ”

“根本超乎想像，價錢極之便宜，還害怕會與圖片不相符，誰知給了非常非常大的驚喜，別墅非常非常大，足夠空間活動，廚房碗碟杯等等也齊全，很整潔舒適，而且所有東西也很新。 唯一不方便的便是酒店附近全是田園，沒有什麼店舖等，所以所有東西也要買完才可回酒店。 主人房廁所花園有一隻貓媽媽生了一隻小貓，相信只有兩個月大，為三晚住宿帶來不少樂趣😆👍😬。”

“Big bed ròom big kitchen but dirty very dirty fridge both good my complain is about the dirtyfridge and sroubding no cutlary no plates room service you have to ask breakfast very poor for this price not worthed i have been in much nicer places then this place and cheaper ”

“Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt in einer der Villas. Das Team (Familienbetrieb) ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit, freundlich und herzlich! Wir sind mit Motorbike angereist, denn per Auto ist es nicht oder nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich. Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr liebevoll und landestypisch edel eingerichtet. Alles ist vorhenden, das Bett und Bettwäsche sehr komfortabel und sauber. Das Essen wird zum Zimmer/auf die eigene Terrasse gebracht und ist ebenfalls sehr gut und liebevoll……

“There's not much to say that hasn't already been said, the property and in particular the views are amazing, everywhere you look there is something new to see. I really enjoyed my time at Sumah Hill and most of the time was spent relaxing by the pool reading and swimming. The staff were amazing and really looked after not just me but the villa was kept in immaculate condition for my whole stay. If you are lookg for a place to relax and recharge this is the place and i woould 100% stay here……
