「The staff was phenomenal! The property was unlike anywhere we’ve ever been in Thailand. A secluded hidden spot brought us rest and relaxation. They didn’t offer alcohol which guaranteed quiet nights. The bed was cozy, sights were amazing and the pool was a delight. Well worth every penny. 」

「Værelset var rigtig fint. Det var tydeligt præg af at være nybygget. Rigtig fin indretning og rare senge. Personalet var søde og hjælpsomme. Rigtig lækkert poolområde, dog blev der den ene dag spillet noget høj musik fra baren midt på dagen. Beliggenheden er lidt fra det centrale Ao Nang, men der kan nemt findes transportmuligheder via fx Grab lift. Det eneste ærgerlige var at vi skulle skifte værelse under vores to nætters ophold. Der havde ingen varsling været for dette, men personalet...

「If your looking for a camping lifestyle then stay here. We stayed in one of the top level A frames and had a wonderful stay. Would definitely recommend to bring your own snacks and drinks as well as food if you are a picky eater or have dietary restrictions as the menu is very limited and there are only certain hours to order food. 「My husband and 3 children stayed here for 5 nights at the end of March. Everything about this villa was amazing! The villa was huge, clean, and better than any 5 star hotel. The customer service was the besr that I have ever experienced. They came every day to clean the villa and bring a 5 gallon water jug for the water cooler and fresh ice. We had chefs come one evening and it was the best meal we had in Thailand - and there was so much food that it fed us for days! And probably the best part...

「服務人員很熱情，住宿品質很好，免費接駁車方便，早餐豐盛，泳池乾淨還有水柱，沙發，搖椅，床&枕頭都很舒服。除了硬體設備有一點點小缺點，例如主臥浴室的洗臉盆漏水緩慢，有些碗盤有缺角，早餐的餐蓋有破損，其餘都非常完美，還可以跟櫃台借熨斗。下次再來一定會再入住這裡，附近環境很安靜，像在樹林草叢裡，可以跟旅館租機車外出方便。如果你不想住在奧南觀光客很多的地方，住Alisea pool villas真是非常享受的選擇。」

"The staff at the hotel steals. Please remember don't leave anything valuable outside in your room, put them in the safe even if you are out for a brief moment. I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. They basically did nothing only told me that they asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn't take anything from me. I called the police, they brought the cleaning lady to my room as well. She just blantly lied in front of us, some stuff she said didn't make any common sense, I felt the hotel staff realised that as well. However, I don't think they did anything afterwards, I noticed on some social platforms that some other guests had similar experieces. Disapointing!! Anyways, you can never be too careful, leave all the valuable things in the safe when you go out. If you choose to stay at this hotel, try to enjoy!"
