“The place is clean , close to everything . The only issue is that the rooms are noisy so you are going to hear everything from outside I always use earplugs so that was useful and my husband is heavy sleeper”

“The staff was very understanding and helpful, we had a day of travel issues and disagreements- they met us with acceptance and kindness through all of it. Even though we actually gave them a bit of a hard time (so, sorry about that!)The resort is exactly how it is advertised, cleaning staff was great and wow, those guys can carry heavy bags with ease! We noticed that other parts of the island were under construction and it was very messy on the back side of the resort. I can imagine it is……

“这家酒店位于码头最左边，下船后就有酒店的员工接船，帮忙提取行李，快艇把我们拉到码头，很快就到酒店了。酒店四楼的海景景色真的很棒，房间也很宽敞，物品齐全，是PP岛少数优越的酒店之一了。中午到的时候餐厅非常多人，应该是旅游团队用餐。早餐食物较少，希望可以改进。总之非常不错咯！”

“The staff at the hotel steals. Please remember don't leave anything valuable outside in your room, put them in the safe even if you are out for a brief moment. I lost money in my hotel room, and the response from the hotel is disappoiting. They basically did nothing only told me that they asked the cleaning lady and she said she didn't take anything from me. I called the police, they brought the cleaning lady to my room as well. She just blantly lied in front of us, some stuff she said didn't……

“Small room but clean. The location is at the town centre. Good for shopping anf dining. Bad wifi but good security system. No hot pot, to be improved.”
