"HORRIBLE PLACE! This place is run by a crazy woman who should go to a mental hospital. I do not recommend it to anyone! Communication with her 0 points. You feel like you are in a mental hospital and not on vacation. There was an incredible stench from the sewage in our villa every day. It could not be solved. Moldy bathtub and shower. "I was in conversation yesterday when I arrived at the hotel and there was no recognition of my booking .The power was failing on the island so while I was chatting to the virtual assistant the conversation kept falling in and out then she was going to put me through to claim the money back but the conversation ended.I turned up and the hotel had no room for me it was totally full and the manager said he had no recognition of my booking and the hotel doesn’t deal with Vrbo.So it was getting late...

"Excellent room. Perfect busy location close to everything you need or could want. Breakfast is plentiful but lacking what most westerners eat for breakfast like sliced ham or back bacon or porridge/oats. There Seems to be more Thai dinner type entrees than breakfast entrees. Coffee is excellent as are Juice and breads and danishes. Pools are beautiful or if you want you can walk across the path to a beautiful swimming beach and watch the fire shows at Sunset. "

"Our stay was fantastic! The whole hotel is stunning, particularly the pools and the grounds generally, and location right on the beach is perfect with shops and restaurants really nearby too. The staff made the experience extra special; everyone was courteous, warm and welcoming. The room was perfectly clean and made up perfectly every day. We would love to stay again! "

"From the moment we arrived at Hula Hula, the staff were exceptional. Checking in/out was smooth, rooms well cleaned and stocked, pool always clean, and the staff always attentive, polite and friendly. The breakfast buffet had a varied selection and the pool food was great. The location of the hotel is always great, close by to great restaurants and amenities and easy to get Grabs or transport to and from the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel!"
