"Very small / low doors into room and extremely tiny bathroom. Rooms were very clean and personnel very friendly.
Not much to do in the area around the hotel (which we were aware of before booking) but good hotel for flights into or from Nagoya Komaki Airport. "

"Wow, we just finished an unbelievable stay at this wonderful brand new hotel. The building and accommodations were stunningly beautiful. Artistic grandeur at every turn. Wonderful views of Nagoya Castle and their own private Japanese garden. An extraordinary swimming pool, onsen, and sauna with full cedar logs.
What was even more impressive was the generous and dedicated staff. They pampered us, treated us exceptionally at every opportunity. They all made us feel like special guests. ...

"good for family living,榻榻米 bed in 2nd floor,
washing machine and kitchen so convenient
nearby 1km a super market there is foodcourt.
a very good chinese restaurant 300 meter,or mcdonald close, and a park for kids
take 荣25 bus to 荣, and transit to all places. we had good 5 days here"

"Amazing hotel in a great location! Wonderful room, well decorated with brilliant staff and incredible breakfast. Going up to observation deck privately at the end of the day was really cool too!"

"Location is great and close to transportation and shops. It can be loud at night especially on the weekends, other than that, staffs are friendly and helpful, the place is clean. I would highly recommend to my friends and family. "
