"So the first thing to say, based on other reviews, is that yes there is some noise from the bars and restaurants. If you want to stay in the old town this is what you get, whichever hotel. This is minimal and didn’t bother us at all. Stay out of the old town full stop if you don’t like background noise.
The staff, especially the staff, the room and the general facilities were of a high standard and had everything we needed. Walk outside the door and you are in the heart of the town with everything within walking distance. Breakfast was buffet style and had everything we needed to set up for the day. It is served on a covered terrace and we had no issues finding a table.
Nothing was too much trouble, including arranging airport transfers. Would thoroughly recommend to anyone who wants to stay in the old town. p.s air conditioning in the room was great and definitely welcomed after a day walking the town."
