US$200 for a horrible horrible experience!

if you wanna experience how terrible a hotel experience can be, come here! their service is okay but the room, environment, elevator and everything just sucked...BIG TIME! it's October when HK has many expos and we booked the hotel at the last minute. still regret it till today!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Authentic fraud! The booking was made for a twin room, in the assumption of matching the description, ie with the area described in the information and with window (according to misleading photographs). It turns out that the room does not match what is booked, namely in the area and in the absence of window. After the complaint presented at the reception (or kind of reception), we are forced to pay another HKD 100 per night (!) to have access to a room that corresponds to the room that was actually booked. One can only conclude that it is a fraudulent scheme! In addition: beds too small (feet are outside for someone over 1.60 m), dirty room (small bugs everywhere), broken air conditioning, no ventilation, bad smells. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

A fraud!

It was a fraud. They sell twin and double room as they had windows and, at least, 10 sq meters, but the rooms don’t have window and are so small that even the bags can’t stay inside! The rooms stink, bed bugs, AC not working. The beds are so small that even a guy like me with 1,70 cm doesn’t fit inside! If you want to stay in the room you book, they make you pay 150 HKD per night. Oh, and to keep the bags they also ask you for money if you need them kepted after 6pm.

受付に看板が無く探すのに手間取ったけど、受付の人は丁寧な印象だった。2泊だったが、部屋の清掃をしてくれなかった。

写真映りが良いのか…

カードキーで2段階ドアロック、部屋にシャワーやトイレがある最安価格レベルで文句を言うのも気が引けますが、決してサイトの写真ほど綺麗ではありませんでした。掃除はきちんとしてはくれていますがあちこちヒビだらけ、排水管の臭いが上がって来る、部屋備品のドライヤーは動かない等気になる所は多かったです。 窓は有りましたがサイトの部屋のような明るいところではなく建物内側の吹抜け側で、採光や空気の入れ替えは出来ませんでした。 アメニティは壁のタンクのシャンプーとボディソープ、バスタオルと歯ブラシ。 英語の話せる女性スタッフがいました。ネイザンロード沿いなので空港から路線バスで一本、香港駅までの無料シャトルバスの停留所が向かいのイートンホテル前にあるという立地と値段を考えればホテル価格の高い香港で出来るだけ安く泊まりたい方にはおすすめ出来るところだと思います。
