We stayed at 3 resorts on our 2 week stay in Thailand and this place just didn’t compare. Even though the place was not perfect the staff were not friendly or attentive. They did not clean the rooms only replaced towels and left them on the bed. We did not eat at the resort , the restaurant was always empty. The location was good for walk ability and the view was amazing.

We initially booked a standard room without the sea view, which was located towards the bottom of the resort. Unfortunately, the room felt extremely old and run down. It looked nothing like the photos and honestly felt quite unpleasant — we were already looking at options to move out because it felt so dated and unclean. We decided to pay extra to upgrade to a sea view room higher up the resort, and the difference was unbelievable. The upgraded room felt much more modern, clean, and luxurious, and the view was great. It’s hard to understand how two rooms in the same hotel can feel so completely different. If you plan to stay here, I would strongly recommend booking one of the higher sea view rooms.

The only reason I gave breakfast less than five stars is because the only option is the buffet at four hundred baht per person. However, the spread itself was very impressive. Everything else about the resort was marvelous! It's in a perfect location where you can choose a portion of beach that is not busy, or walk up a bit to Ware all the shops and people are. Would absolutely stay here again!

On arrival, wifi didn’t work and security box was broken. We were made to wait for an hour for repairs, which didn’t work out anyways. The facility and views are nice, but you have to rely on ground transport to and from your room every time going in or out—a bit of a pain. Best point: quiet away from the mayhem of Ao Nang walking street.
