「It was my third time to stayed here but first time to reserve the South Roof Double. It was very surprised that someone opened the room door at first day. The curtain was very light filtering and easy to wake up in the early morning. The toilet door latch is loosen and already reported. The balcony setting is really good. Hotel staff were extremely fabulous and helpful for my almost lost courier.」

「A great hotel， spacious and clean room, only few minutes walk from Kyoto station, staff are friendly and willing to help. Special thanks to Miss Miku who gave recommendation on transportation and helping me check the train schedule. Highly recommended this hotel to others. 」

「Friendly and helpful staffs. Great area with lots of good restaurants around」
