"Great location, close to train station, 7 Eleven store right across from the building. 4 beds can sleep up to 8 people comfortably. It has both a shower and a bath tub. Heated water and Toilet seat warmer for winter. Gas stove worked perfectly. All amenities are included, towels etc. Internet worked flawlessly, 3 bins for trash all separated. Washer and also can dry clothes outside balcony. Everything was great. Thank you."

"We booked this hotel because it was very cheap. It had tons of amenities, full kitchen, laundry. This is far from hotel quality. It was self check-in and they email the entry codes 30min before check-in so try to have data or public wifi to get this information. First impressions was that it was very dirty and stained everywhere. It looked like it was lightly vacuumed and everything else pushed under the bed and couch. "We had a good stay in this apartment. It was a little small for 3 people but was a good base for our activities around Tokyo area. The train station was really close and Shinagawa (a main hub) was only a few stops away. The managers were quick to respond whenever we had questions. We had a great time!"

"Very spacious for a hotel in Japan. Rooms were very clean. Staff were helpful and polite. Very convenient location close walking distance to disney monorail station. The hotel also offers free shuttles to the parks and train station/Ikspiari shopping area. Our room was a park view so on a non disney day, you are able to see the fireworks show. Lobby has 2 Laswons and a disney store and other small specialty stores. Will stay here again!"
