We had a great stay — the area felt very safe, walkable, and clean. The place itself was comfortable and as described. The only thing that could’ve made it even better would be having some recommendations for nearby luggage storage or a bit more guidance on that. Overall, a pleasant experience!

From what I gather, this is a pretty new place. Everything was clean and shiny. The building is literally right next to a police station (adds a measure of safety/security) and has a 7-11 just right around the corner to get food and charge up your Suica card. It’s also less than a 10 minute walk to the Zoshiki train station, which is usually less busy and easy to get around in and make it to your destinations

Great size and modern

The apartment is located about 10 minutes walk from Zoskiki station and next to a 7/11, very easy to find. I rented a 6 ppl apt and it is quite large. The towels are not very appealing to be honest, brown, thin and small. The beds are very comfortable. The living room a/c wasn't working but the bedroom ones were working fine and took care of the whole apt. The only thing I missed was an iron. I needed to iron my husband's shirt for an event and they didn't have one. Other than that, this apt is pretty complete.

The actual property itself was super cool and modern and it was surprisingly spacious, especially given that Japanese stays tend to not be this spacious. The location is a bit isolated, but you still have access to a 711 right outside the door pretty much. The train station is a 7 to 8 minute walk (without luggage and walking at a fairly steady pace). The value, though, was what caught our attention. Also, the host was very responsive and provided us with comprehensive and detailed instructions beforehand and communicated promptly to our messages, through our stay.a

Beautiful cozy room I stayed with my sister and brother and we each slept comfortably. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and there is a convenience store down the street. The metro line is also close by. I would definitely stay here again

雑色駅から徒歩で10分ほどで到着できたと思います 4名で利用しましたが広さもちょうどよく、トイレや洗面所も広くてとても使いやすかったです 近くにコンビニがあり便利でした 問い合わせにも迅速かつ丁寧に対応していただき、安心して当日をむかえることができました また機会があれば宿泊したいと思います
