No Aircon but otherwise a cool stay!!

The room view was great, and the weather was great on the first day, which is essential to enjoy the view of Mt. Yotei. The room was clean but not air-conditioned. Houses in Hokkaido are designed primarily for winter, so it wasn’t cool enough during high summer. Considering the level of global warming, I suppose an air-con will be a must in Hokkaido now... unless the present trend reversed and the climate gets cooler. Otherwise the stay was great!!!

羊蹄山に登るために2泊3日で滞在。 スタッフの対応はとてもフレンドリーで気持ちの良いサービス。 大小様々な部屋タイプがある中で一番小さな部屋だったからか、食事するためのテーブルがなかったり、トイレはウォシュレットが付いていなかったりと、滞在用アパートとしては設備が少し物足りなく感じました。 1Fのタパスバーで夕食をいただきましたが、リーズナブルな価格でありながら、クオリティは高く大満足。

過ごしやすいホテル！

フロントのスタッフもとても感じがよいです。 ゲレンデからは少し歩きますが、近くにスキーショップやカフェなどもあり、ホテルにも素敵なカジュアルなカフェからバーレストランもありました。 部屋は広々としていて、寛げます。 ベッドはずっと寝ていたかったくらい気持ちが良かったです。 またジムもあって、雨の日に運動できて良かったです！

I wasn't sure what to expect when we arrived at this hotel other than I knew it was in a great location. I was completely surprised upon arrival that this "older" hotel was completely renovated. I have stayed in Niseko at the Alpen Ridge and the Skye. This was my overall favorite. Although the hotel does not have a spa or pool, it does have a 24-hour gym. The hotel is within a complex called Niseko Shiki. That complex houses several restaurants and a few other businesses. This was a bonus for dining choices when we didn't feel like venturing out very far. But one of the best features of this hotel is its amazing location. It is close to everything! The hotel also offers complimentary shuttle service to and from the Gondola and the bottom of the Ace lift. Another plus was that we rented gear from Rhythm. They have a satellite counter in the Hyatt House, so when we were ready to return our gear, we just dropped in off steps from the front door of the hotel. You will not be disappointed when you stay at Hyatt House. I will happily stay there again on our next visit.

羊蹄山側ではなかったが、下に川が流れており、たえず水の流れる音がしていて、すがすがしい気持ちになれました。曇りがちだったので、羊蹄山側であっても、あまりその雄大な姿を見ることはできなかったかと思います。広さは十分以上にあり、今度泊まる場合は、食材を買い込み、自炊をしてみたいと思います。

Best stay in Hokkaido.

A good place to stay for family and need extra rooms. All come with individual toilet and view. Also a sitting area and eating table for all. Very comfortable and relaxing for all. Will book again if coming to Niseko. Met the GM and he was helpful and friendly too. Monies well spend.

最高！！

広々とした部屋で、隅々まで清潔で快適でした。ベッドも広く、とても心地よく眠ることができました。備え付けの食器まですべてがおしゃれでした。朝食はプラス1000円で温かいものもサーブされるとのことでしたが、その必要がないくらい美味しいものが十分にありました。 スタッフもみな、行き届いた気持ちの良いサービスをしてくださいました。日本語の通じない方もいらっしゃいましたので、気にされる方もいるかもしれませんが。また、シャワーのみなので、湯船があればもっと良かったとの声も。。。

Locals ski weekend Feb 2019

I have stayed here 8+ nights when it was The Shiki Niseko and it recently changed ownership. The lobby was remodeled and is now spacious and bright with a restaurant and a large bar. The rooms are incredible. Big and spacious with great furniture and a FULLY equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. I make full use of it every time I stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are also large, modern, and comfortable. There are also free laundry machines and driers on each floor. I hear they plan to renovate the rooms in summer 2019 (heard from staff). Free underground parking is clutch but they also provide a free shuttle service to the lifts (and once to the supermarket in Kutchan but I haven’t asked for this service since 3/2018). The location is superb. You can walk easily to any bar or restaurant in Hirafu. I love this place and will continue to stay here (when I can afford it)! Thanks Shiki!

A very convenience place. Ski shops, restaurants, convenience stores and food trucks nearby. We stayed in 2-bedroom apartment. Really big for a family of 4. All staff are very helpful. It was our first time to Niseko. They were very efficient to answer the questions and make the arrangement. Thanks a lot for all the help. Improvement: We did not switch on the heater in the guest bedroom (the smaller one) but sometimes it was too hot too sleep. So we opened the door and switched off the heater in the living room. The air is better.
