"Our family had an amazing stay at Grand Palladium Select Bavaro. There was an incredible variety of restaurants and bars, so there was always something new to try. The resort offered plenty of family-friendly entertainment and activities, making it easy for everyone—from kids to adults—to have a great time. We especially enjoyed spending our days at the beautiful beach and the pools, taking advantage of the recreational facilities and well-equipped gym, and unwinding with a relaxing visit to the spa.
What truly made our vacation exceptional, however, was the outstanding service. Our butler, Rafael, anticipated our family’s needs every step of the way. From a seamless check-in and arranging transportation to securing restaurant reservations, he made everything effortless. He consistently provided thoughtful recommendations and options that helped us make the most of our stay.
A special thank you also goes to Angel, the restaurant manager, and his incredible team—Estela, Hiro, and Jose. Despite our large group of 15, they delivered warm, attentive, and personalized service at every meal. They made each dining experience feel special and ensured everyone in our party was well taken care of.
