“We arrived at Coco Hotel to be informed that due to flight cancellations of other guests they were not able accommodate the 3 rooms we booked. Although, not all was lost Shelley was able to find us accommodations at a hotel across the street. ”

“The camper room wreaked of a horrible smell and fume which within 20 mins caused my girlfriend to constantly cough and gag then within an hour or two both of us had headaches and needed ventilation and outdoor air. They tried to accommodate us with another camper but by then we both felt extremely nauseated and refused to stay. On top of that I was told I couldn’t get a refund. ”

“Very friendly staff. Very kid friendly. Beachfront is INCREDIBLE! Kids loved playing in the waves and watching the kite boarders. The hotel’s friendly cats along the paths were also a hit with all the guests. Room was clean but showing signs of wear and tear. Minor things like the phone didn’t work for 5 days, curtains barely moving. Lots of great restaurants to try only 5-10 minute walk along the beach into Cabarete. ”
