“We absolutely loved our stay at The Cove. Even though we were rounding out our St Croix trip with only two nights here, it was quiet, clean, sheik, and a 10/10 stay for us. Doug met us as we were parking and walked us through, offered to help us with our bags and chatted a bit. The property could not have been more thought out. The check-in and shared spaces were very well designed, the Nespresso machine in the room, great toiletries, amazing mattress, and even the hair drier had multiple heat……

Front desk and housekeeping were super helpful and responsive to our needs. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation in St Croix I would highly recommend staying here. “The ocean view was amazing and the sea breeze was relaxing. The food at the bar and restaurant was great. The staff were very friendly. I’ll definitely recommend eating there. I was very disappointed with my room. The decor was outdated very old and rusted, horrible. Housekeeping was poor. I will not be going back to that hotel.”

“I love the room. It was spotless and well laid out. We had a lot of room. The balcony was wonderful. The view was wonderful. The keyless doors were great too. The air conditioning in the room worked perfectly. The staff was very helpful and lovely. The little store on site had a lot of nice last minute things. Amenities, drinks, snacks, souvenirs, and toiletries. The drawbacks were pretty minor but here they are: the water pressure in the shower was very low, so don't use a whole lot of soap.……

“The Sandcastle on the Beach in St. Croix is an ideal location for travelers. The hotel is well kept, staff is extraordinary, food is delicious and the owner's obviously love hosting their guests. The beach is pristine and about 10 steps away from Sandcastle. Sunbathing, swimming, snorkeling, lavish beach towels; all are there for guests. I also appreciated the adults only status.”

“I believe this property is 3 1/2 stars and I normally stay at 4 and 5 star resorts but this place is just quirky enough to make me curious. I'm glad I was because I was pleasantly surprised. Friendly and helpful staff, large room with sufficient amenities, food at the restaurant was very good. The views were amazing. It's right on the beach, so if you like the beach very good. I would recommend water shoes as it's pretty rocky. Overall very nice stay and I would visit this property again. I……

The accommodations were better than expected with simple amenities free of charge, such as coffee, beverages and snacks, with replenishment upon request at no extra charge. Communication was prompt. My mom and I slept well every night of our 6-night stay. This location is ideal if you want to be away from the hustle and bustle and still be relatively close to basic shopping. “We stayed eight nights and it was okay. I was shocked by the fact that guests have to pay twenty dollars a day to use an umbrella on the beach, and you only get one free lounger, your travel partner will have to pony up 15 bucks. No coffee maker in any of the rooms. Our sliding glass door to the balcony was broken, and we only had WiFi in our room for about 5 minutes the entire time. The pictures are very inaccurate, the place is in shambles from hurricane damage and it’s a bit depressing when……
