“The only way the host would respond is when I contacted VRBO. The property was so filthy I wouldn't even bring my luggage into it. VRBO did NOTHING for me. “This was a last minute trip on our way to spend Thanksgiving with family. The property is a cozy older home, but clean with comfy beds, and perfect spot near Yosemite. It’s about 30 minutes to the gate and 1 hour from the Valley, but ann easy drive. Our family of 4, including 2 teenagers, loved our stay. We had plenty of room with 2 bedrooms downstairs, a huge loft space, and 2 bathrooms. Groveland is a cute town. Mar Vals was a great grocery store where we were to get everything we needed.……

“My family has stayed at many properties and locations. This particular home was the best stocked in all of our experiences. The outdoor decks bring the inside out and easily doubles the useable living area. We had 5 children under the age of 6 including 2 infants. The deck provided a secure and open area for them to safely play outside. Through no fault of the owners the area does not provide for recycling. If you are concerned about recycling come prepared to separate and take you recyclables……
