“La chambre et le lit était confortable mais un appartement pour 4 avec un lit et un canapé, pas canapé lit, juste canapé pour lequel, on a demandé 4 fois des draps, c'était compliqué. La salle de bain aux normes PMR ps du tout adapté, il y avait de l'eau partout. On a fait que une nuit et une courte nuit, on ne serait pas rester.”

“The pool was a fair size with a small baby pool. This was constantly cleaned by staff. Unfortunately, the water was cold at this time of the year. The rooms were big, with big beds and cleaned regularly. Breakfast choices were good with fresh omelette station. Pastries and biscuits were delicious. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed the spa facilities. Hammam, massages, etc. Therapists were very friendly. We had a great time celebrating my big birthday with friends. ……

“Hôtel exceptionnel, déco à la fois traditionnel et moderne, un joli patio vous accueille avec cet excellent parfum de fleur d'oranger (signature qu'on ressent avec bonheur un peu partout dans les parties communes), patio façon riadh pour un moment de détente autour d'un thé, une pâtisserie ou d'un petit snack. Personnel de l'hôtel au top, mention spéciale à Lahcen, Soumaya, Aziz, Hassan et toute la belle équipe profesionnelle toujours aux petits soins ! Il y a aussi un bon spa avec des soins……

“Arrived at 12 and was told rooms would be ready for 2pm. Returned at 3pm and rooms were still not ready. Eventually they gave us our rooms on the ground floor”

“The room was a really great size, with two balconies. The value was excellent and the hotel had an ideal location, with it being walkable to the beach. The staff were excellent, particularly the young guy who checked us in and out. He was friendly and was very helpful! We would definitely come back”

“The hotel as a property is excellent - recently refurbished and in great condition, clean, excellent layout, probably the biggest pool I've ever seen, lots of sunbeds, private beach area and a good gym. We didn't use the spa. The staff are excellent and attentive. ”

“Basic but clean room, slight issue with Air-Con but staff were super responsive and fixed straight away! Staff always willing to help and would highly recommend the on site Spa for Hammam (women only) Close enough to range of restaurants which were still open even in Ramadan just operating at slightly different opening hours usually closing for an hour around 7/8 to allow staff to break fast. ”

“Broken shower pipe in a very small shower cubicle too. Went to reception yold them about the shower pipe and told me they would fix it. 24 hours later not fixed so changed rooms. Shower in the changed room working but lukewarm water. Not good at all. Internet wifi connection very bad. No connection at all most times even when sat in the lobby. No cleaner turned up on our last day of stay so no clean towels or bedding and on top of that very dusty floor tiles”

“Hotell var i dålig skick, jag fick byta själv till en annan hotell och betala igen. Jag tycker att den behöver renoveras på nytt, den är inte beredd att ta gäster. Väldigt dålig och möbler är slitna och i dåligt skick. Tyvärr att jag förlorade mina pengar på den.”

“The property is in a great location within walking distance to Souk El Had, which is exactly what I was looking for. It does need updating as the rooms are very outdated, but were comfortable. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is however a manager that is usually downstairs that could be a bit more professional. He did not realize that I understand the local language and was rudely talking about me to another staff complaining about me eating a snack in the lobby area. I also……
