I didnt really eat at the hotel because it is very overpriced, an Omelette there is like 16€ when you can go to a cafe...

The front desk staff are very nice and helpful. There is however a manager that is usually downstairs that could be a bit more professional. "Lovely hotel, great facilities and amazing food. Staff friendly but a bit of a hit and miss re professionality, some are amazing and some cannot be bothered to do their work. Overall a great place and I will return for sure."
