“This was our second time staying in this very special place! That should tell you how much we adore it! A little hidden oasis right in the middle of town- SO convenient to all Durango has to offer, yet very private. Very clean, and easy on the eyes as it is full of the owners artwork and building expertise. The building itself is very historic. However as ancient as it is, the electric and plumbing are first rate. The shower pressure is awesome! We loved staying here, and hope to do so again in……

“Branson was on top of everything. He got a hold of the resort staff and got us what we were expecting. Communication was great and was very helpful. The place was very nice and comfortable. Hopefully we will come back during the winter to experience the snow.”

“Gorgeous, relaxing, homey place to stay in the country!! Loved the decor and everything you could possibly need to make yourself comfortable was included. Property was very quiet, stars were so bright, and I could hear the small creek on the property, we didn't want to leave!”

“The listing was as described but for a younger audience the steps were a bit more challenging for us.”

“Kitchen was very well stocked. Very clean unit. The spiral staircase is steep and not for folks with mobility issues. The bathroom is downstairs and primary bedroom upstairs so you may need to use the stairs in the middle of the night. The Murphy bed downstairs was really nice though! Overall, really enjoyed this place and would stay there again. Definitely quiet and the stars at night are impressive!”
