"We will definitely return. Most accommodating hotel staff that we’ve seen in years. You should have absolutely no hesitancy in staying at this mildly boutique hotel."

"The room was clean. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was outstanding! I would stay here again as it is affordable and close to downtown. It’s nothing fancy but it is well taken care of. My only complaint would be the toilet was loud. "

"This was our first time visiting Durango so stayed 2 nights at this hotel. The experience was amazing, loved the historical vibe. The hotel provided warm chocolate chip cookies, a hot chocolate, coffee, and tea bar. The breakfast and dining area was wonderful and service top notch. What a way to start our annual Mother/Daughter. The only issue was not being able to stay longer."

"Location, Location, Location. Could be the best location in downtown Durango for access to all that downtown Durango has to offer. This is an amazing property. "We were greeted by John who made us feel like he had been awaiting our arrival the whole day. John was happy, kind and had the warmest and friendliest smile I have seen all that day! After an 8 hour drive with kids, it was truly wonderful to feel so welcomed.
Breakfast was great every morning and the two ladies who were working each morning were so kind and friendly too! Each morning staff member welcomed us down like they made breakfast just for me and my kids. I have never felt so welcomed in a hotel before! This was one of the greatest hotel experiences I have had in a very long time! I will definitely book this hotel on my return."
"The room was spotless and the staff exceptional! The Diamond Belle Saloon was awesome too! The private hot tub experience was delightful! I will be going back and I will tell all my friends about this place! "
