“Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The house was impeccably clean, which my OCD LOVED. This house was exactly as described. It truly was a home away from home. Everyone kept commenting on how much they loved the kitchen and the space. The hosts were very responsive, and provided all the necessities of home. ”

“Overall, this was a great place to stay. A few of the minor advertised amenities were missing (such as laundry soap for the in-unit washing machine), but this did not really affect me. I would recommend putting a coffee maker in the unit and making sure things such as napkins, paper towels and garbage bags were stocked. I would definitely stay here again. ”

“Our room was not ready by 4pm. We waited an extra 2 hours. Once we were able to get into the room we found it extremely dirty, even though we watched tge cleaners exit. They swept and mopped that was it. We found old food in and under the couch, chair and beds. They dont clean any of the bedding or sanitize anything. The countertops, tables and chairs were sticky or had dried food on them. Chairs with dried gum on them. Carpets in bedrooms are disgusting. They are extremely worn and stained.……

“Once we checked in we noticed ripped chairs and broke doors. We took pics just incase there was an issue. Had no internet or access to the gym for all most 5 days. Was told we would get refunded the days we didn’t have access. Never got refunded even after sending them the email they sent me saying we would be refunded. After a week of being checked out they took 250 from us for a broke door that was broke when we moved in. Will never stay there again and don’t recommend it not very clean. No……
