「We enjoyed our 2 night stay there. Both of the ladies that worked the front desk were wonderful in helping us out with several things, such as recommendations for restaurants, coffee shops, and most importantly for us, upon checking out, ordered us a taxi to our next destination and negotiated a set price for us to pay. If you’ve done any research regarding Tulum taxis, then you’ve heard the horror stories. We would definitely consider a return to this hotel for another visit in the future. 」

「Had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Had to book a cab early in the morning for a tour. The time for pick up kept changing. And the front desk was awesome in helping me. Highly recommend. Everything is within walking distance but if you need a cab it's easy to do. If and when I come back to Tulum I will def stay here again. Great for the price. 」

「Overall, there are likely not enough words to describe our stay at Muare Tulum. If you’re looking for a peaceful, tranquil stay, you will find it here. The rooms were stunning, from the design to the comfort level. It was similar to having your own private oasis, and we enjoyed whenever we returned from an excursion. Enjoyed the onsite restaurant, and had numerous meals there. The included breakfast was perfect, and there were additional options available for those with a more picky palate....

「Excellent service!! Starting with the clear communication since reservation was made though the third party application all throughout my stay and check out process. Place was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There was 24 front desk presence and vigilance. 」

「the room was very very dark which attracts lots of mosquitos so dont leave rhe doors open, and the sheets were somewhat dirty or old !! they have a coffee machine but bo coffee you have to get it yourself also a bottle of salt but no sugar !! other than that the staff at the place was pretty nice ! 」

「Really nice place in a good area of Tulum. There's plenty of restaurants and cafe's all walkable around the corner. The room was amazing with a roomy shower and comfy bed. And an amazing pool on the rooftop!」
