We had such an amazing stay at this hotel in Tulum the entire property was spotless from the rooms to the pool area, which made it feel incredibly relaxing and well cared for. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, always greeting us with a smile and helping with anything we needed. It truly made our trip unforgettable, and we can’t wait to come back again.

El desayuno es limitado y en el caso, no tuvieron los frijoles de “acompañamiento” en ninguno de los dias. Tampoco había miel, ketchup, salsas para acompar el huevo y hot cakes. Al hacer reserva VIP incluía una botella de vino espumoso, pero no nos la dieron.

The hotel is not a 4-star as claimed. Most of the staff are good but the property has inherent issues that the staff cannot resolve. I stayed with my 2 kids and here's the issues: 1) Property is probably newly built in a new area. So the street is still a muddy road with lots of potholes. 2) The welcome was not warm at all 3) The room did not get hot water in the shower. Discussed this with various staff at least 5 times and they could not fix it. They offered to move us to a new room but that was the night before we were to leave. 4) the room had a muggy/damp smell in all the linens 5) bathroom was really poor: there was no spare toilet paper, there are no holders for soaps etc in the bathroom, the flush is very poor 6) the hotel says continental breakfast included. This is not what you get in all hotels out there. You get to choose from a couple of egg options or waffles/pancake. Either/or - was really really odd and this should be mentioned on the website. You get some sliced fruit. Basically it is a limited breakfast and not that you can help yourself to multiple servings of what you need. If you are unwell and feel like eating only fruits, you are out of luck! The staff seem to want to care but given all the above, they cannot do much about it.

Bruyant! Réveillé en pleine nuit car des gens parlaient dehors sur les tables du petit déjeuner! On avait l’impression qu’ils étaient dans notre chambre! La même chose au lever ou c’est assez bruyant! L’accès au chambre où il faut se baisser pour y accéder car il y a trop d’arbres mal taillés

This is hidden gem in Tulum, it has a lot of charm. I go diving with Infinity2Diving and they are around the corner from this hotel. The staff is ver accommodating and friendly. The chef there is ready to serve you a great breakfast. I will definitely stay there for all my upcoming diving trips. Thank you Strabon!!

Loved it

Had a wonderful stay. The staff was helpful and accommodating. Had to book a cab early in the morning for a tour. The time for pick up kept changing. And the front desk was awesome in helping me. Highly recommend. Everything is within walking distance but if you need a cab it's easy to do. If and when I come back to Tulum I will def stay here again. Great for the price.
