「King Deluxe smoking room. Bar was closed. Pool closed. Spa closed. A/c didn’t work first night. Called front desk numerous times, no response. No luggage carts available. No vending on upper floors. The open food place ran out of food. Old mattresses, where you could visually see the foot area about 4-6 inches above head area on bed. No microwave. At Rook’s the only place to get alcohol there the line was very long. Finally got to bar tender, older male with glasses, I said seems busy today....

「We returned from supper and front desk clerk did not even look up from her phone. A yellow bucket, full of dirty mop, water and a dirty mop was right at the front desk Our Shower had mildew growing along the edge Breakfast buffet might’ve been OK if it had been refilled. We asked if there were any more boiled eggs and we received a sigh and the attendant went back to get some more.」

「From the moment we checked in, every employee we encountered was very friendly and willing to help! Our room was clean, and housekeeping kept everything well-stocked. The only area I would suggest for improvement would be to expand the variety of options offered for breakfast. Granted, it was free and I shouldn't complain, but offering some sweet options (pastries, donuts) as well as a few more warm foods would go a long way!」

「Sleeping soundly」

「The outside look terrible make the hotel look ghetto. Room were nice. Coffee was nasty. No breakfast choices for diabetic people.」

「97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :(」

「Room was not clean!!! Also, I put food in a plastic bag in the fridge and it smelled like beer which tells me it wasn't cleaned properly!!!!」

「A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...
