「Good place if budget is top of mind. Close to the state beach (can walk there), and stuff for the family to do (pickleball, mini golf, cornhole, swimming pool, etc). Place was pretty run down. Our shower door wouldn’t close, pieces of drywall trim were missing, and the a/c was pretty old and couldn’t keep up with the humidity. We (family of 5) stayed 5 nights, and the cleaning service only came once. They didn’t clean; they just changed bedding and brought towels. There was construction outside...

「Really felt like our two vehicles were secure in free garage parking with direct access to unit . Garage fit both a Minivan and Bronco. Nine Family members rotated thru the unit and everyone had their own bed. Beds and pillows comfortable with clean white sheets. Kitchen had open concept which made it convenient to stay connected to rest of family. Two grandsons and service dog enjoyed the backyard with grassy area and sandy area. We struggled with connecting to streaming service to watch...

Tanner was very communicative and checked in on us to make sure we didn't have any issues checking in and had whatever we needed. 8-10 minute walk to the beach trail and many restaurants and shops are also a 10-15 minute walk. 「Couldn't have asked for a better stay. Me and my significant other stayed for the night over new years and loved the place. Everything was clean and worked great. The area was nice and location was great. Being that close to the beach was the cherry on top. Appreciate all the accommodation and communication the hosts provided. Everything went smooth only regret is we didnt stay longer. Looking forward to coming back. 」

The place is also located just behind a conveniece store. My family and I enjoyed the place. Im a coffee lover and I loved the nespresso machine!!
