The Blue Pearl is fantastic and very comfortable to dwell in. Location is ideal, overlooking part of the golf course and a very short walk to the beach. Lots to do in PCB. Highly recommend this property.”

“This property was amazing! We were attending a wedding at Edgewater and didn’t want to be too far away. This 3 bedroom was perfect. The Villa was beautiful and clean, and had everything you could need for your stay. The wall of windows in the front room and front bedroom made for a great view. Would definitely stay again.”

“We loved the location - the community was wonderful. It was within a short walking distance of the beach and our porch view was so nice. The condo itself was spacious and very clean. We really had a great time. The only small change would be that the master mattress could use an upgrade (it is a bit lopsided) and possibly to leavea few extra kitchen towels for cleaning, but other than that - what a wonderful place to stay. Would definitely recommend it to all.”

“Did a big family get together from two states and this house was great!! Big table in dining room and large gathering areas for good time together. Watercolor amenities were great, especially with young kids. Had an issue with hot water at arrival that was promptly fixed. Did have a broken coffeemaker midway through our stay. Someone came to confirm it was broken but never returned to replace. Not a huge deal as there are great coffee shops nearby. Overall an excellent stay!”

“I would highly recommend this place if you don’t need all the excitement from being on the beach your tucked away. Tim, the property manager was awesome. I annoyed him constantly with questions and he was so responsive. The only thing is you’re not on the beach, which didn’t bother me because I don’t have any small children.”

“The house was great, very nice, well stocked, and was plenty big for our party. There was even a place for us to play Pictionary. The pool is very nice. In a quiet neighborhood. The only downfall for us was the location, the drive to the beach took us around 30 minutes or longer depending on traffic.”

“Alot of walking from parking garage then had to go through the crosswalk but at least it was covered then the room we were in was on the 14th floor so it was a lot of walking but overall the ocean and beach view was amazing”
