"The staff are top-notch. So helpful in answering all of our questions. Beautiful room and terrace. Numerous tropical gardens and fountains. One pool was under repair, but the second pool was open, though not quite as nice. Walkable to el Centro Tlaquepaque."

"The hotel was under construction so it was hard to get in. We finally figured it out. Hotel was nice the staff was friendly. The rooms were decent they were not huge but they were clean. The AC was great ! Breakfast was great and served when we checked out. The food was delicious and the staff was great. "

"The property has pleasant gardens and great potential, but several operational areas need improvement. Issues included voltage problems, insufficient air conditioning, no properly installed in-room safe, and two occasions without electricity and water. Some staff members were kind, but the property needs stronger operational standards and better basic hospitality to match its potential."
