"Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Rooms are nice, mattress very good. View onto railway station is not ver edifying, but centrally located at 5 mins from KKL concert hall and 10 min from train station."

"Staff member was very welcoming and helpful with suggestions on what to consider seeing during the day. Room was smaller than expected but we were only there to sleep so didn’t bother us much. View from the bedroom window was outstanding!! Hotel was very quiet and lacking any atmosphere, no food available!! "

"Beautiful place to spend time in Lucurne, walking distance from the train station or 2 bus stops with luggage. Great room with a free upgrade for us (thank you)! staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the photo booth. The only thing I would change was adding a mini fridge in the room but visiting in winter we just left our drinks on the balcony to keep cold :)"
