Nassau Lake Nancy Hotels

"Hotel website does not itemize room amenities in enough detail, our 1st room specified king bed with kitchenette (no mention of cutlery or plates etc.) however there was no table and chair to eat although misc. pics portrayed them - had to upgrade to a larger room + extra cost to provide this. The hotel is “well worn” with various “needs maintenance” subjects -(1) pool water not clear more foggy, one pool ladder with only 1 step set so high you coul pull your groin getting out, inner edge of pool looks dirty with scum (2) two room drain plugs broken (3) low water pressure in shower , bathroom floor tiles chipped (4) coffer maker missing slow drip component (was replaced with new). Had to pay for some water. Staff were great very accommodating, friendly and helpful special thanks to Pam and Alex. Plenty of bath towels provided but had to sign out beach towels….why? Felt safe on the resort and Nassau in general. Several very good restaurents near by (Spritz & Poop Deck) + grocery store walking distance. The private beach was so so - nice sand, aquamarine water with rock shelf repeating ok for snorkeling but difficult for swimming. "

"We loved our stay here! Tracy was so welcoming and had a lovely basket for us & goodies to welcome us. We loved the pool and cooking on the bbq. We were able to walk to the nearby bus and get around using the bus system. Tracy also helped put us in touch with a driver if we needed it. The house was extremely clean and we loved the air conditioning. Thank-you so much for making our stay in the Bahamas so wonderful. "

"This spot is close to the airport, right across from the beach. They have a good restaurant on site. The accommodations are pretty basic, thin towels, AC doesn't exactly work. But people were friendly and its in a good location. Something to note is that taxis are fairly expensive ($25 or so even for a 10 minute drive) so if you want to see more than the immediate area it'll cost you."

"Nice pool. AC worked well. Spacious home. Nice Oceanview. Kitchen supplies and cookware were sparse. Oven didn't work. Doors and front gate in need of repairs/maintenance."

"Great Hotel we enjoyed our stay ofcourse its dated but it met our requirements bed was comfy and thats all we really cared as we are out all day touring the island. It has small pool which is 24/7 loved how convenient that is to take a dip at 2am. They have access to private beach ⛱️ 2min walk just have to cross the road its locked 🔒 as its private. Staff is great 👍 i wont mind coming back again... especially if youre into touring the island vs staying at a resort.. if you dont mind little dated hotel then you will enjoy your stay."
