“The staff was nice when we got there. During our stay we did have to look for staff to help us as one woman seemed to be running the cafe and the hotel. The room was over crowded with beds. There were unpatched holes in the walls in the room and bathroom. There was dirt and hair behind the toilet. There was not the proper remote for the tv and the curtain was falling off the wall. It was a lack of attention to detail. It was not worth the money. ”

“Stayed April 1 to 5. Location directions could be improved. It would help a lot if directed to the Brownstone building! Can't hardly see the advised number sign (even our taxi driver was confused and got lost). Once found, it was an easy check in. Got to the unit and it looked great! Upon further inspection and usage, here's the breakdown: - the bed mattress is very hard - was not a comfortable sleep - the bedframe cracks loudly when you are just turning - the kitchen was equipped to a minimum……

“The lagoon area is great for swimming and not having to worry about what the sea is doing. There is a beach on the Caribbean about a 3mon walk. Expect lots of kids. You can take public bus to Nassau in about 20-30 mins- costs 1.50 a person. Taxis are 30-40$. Several restaurants close to the hotel- food on the island is expensive for why it is. Expect 15% tip and 10% vat added on- this is what makes it more expensive. We liked thy we were away from Nassau- busy from 7am till 7pm when the boats……

“The staff were very nice, but they didn’t tell me I had to pay a cash deposit till I got there, had to walk down the street to an atm in the dark, the sheets on the bed weren’t really fitted sheets, did not feel the safest there. Was good walking distance from restaurants, grocery store and bars.”

“Great Hotel we enjoyed our stay ofcourse its dated but it met our requirements bed was comfy and thats all we really cared as we are out all day touring the island. It has small pool which is 24/7 loved how convenient that is to take a dip at 2am. They have access to private beach ⛱️ 2min walk just have to cross the road its locked 🔒 as its private. Staff is great 👍 i wont mind coming back again... especially if youre into touring the island vs staying at a resort.. if you dont mind……

“Looks abandoned, no tiki bar or restaurant as adverised place is run down . Some structures falling apart. rooms are really outdated. Furniture inside the room is worn looks really old. I ended up paying a hundred dollars to switch my flight to the same day and then not stay spend the night.”
