“简直糟糕透了。前台两位女工作人员，一脸不耐烦，好像旅客都欠他们的一样。不是那种面无表情哦，是那种冷着你给你摆脸子呢。真是令人不开心。整个酒店服务都很冷漠，就是那种懒得搭理你。 还有就是去迪士尼班车时间真的太少了，一天一趟到两趟，而且时间基本都不太有意义。 整体设施就那样吧，比较旧。 ”

“Me and my family absolutely love this place. It was very roomy and when we were home, we felt like we had our own privacy, but everything else was just a walk away. Great place to stay for a family vacation.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was good but could use a little variation but definitely good. Except one day had hard over cooked Omelettes. Bed were comfy. The pool and hot tub were nice and open 24hrs! Clean hotel and the staff was amazing to us. The cleaning lady on floor 4 was so sweet to us every day. And the front desk was very good to us even though we arrived extremely early. We weee able to leave our bags with the front desk our last day and enjoy the pool as our flight……

“Front desk/Danay or Danae is very accommodating. A good face of the company. Knows the needs of a client. We badly needed elevator for our 90 yr old mother. Pictures shown a townhouse with ground level accomodation. But the one we chose upon check out was located at the 2nd floor w/o elevator (not deluxe). Expedia cannot help due to protection coverage. Anyway, she find a way for us to be upgraded. If not for her I regret that I chose spectrum. I highly recommend this beatiful resort. Worth……

“It was in a great community and quiet. Definitely recommend staying especially for a couple it’s perfect size. Communication was great always making sure you had everything. Highly recommend.”

“This was a great place to stay & the pool area wasn’t busy, so we enjoyed a relaxing time. The only complaint was that we were told to replace the toilet paper, tiny soaps, dishwasher tabs… really? Those items should be part of the package & we shouldn’t have to run to Walmart & purchase items to replace the little bit we used. ”

“We had such a wonderful stay! Great Commication with the owner prior to our arrival. There was a maintenance issue and it was resolved quickly. Very clean, great beds, room for our whole family. Quiet neighborhood and not far from access to the I4, a publix, and small shopping area. I would 100% stay here again!! Thanks so much for the memories”

“Our stay was wonderful. Plenty of room (bedrooms, living room, etc), plenty of bathrooms. Clean home. The icing on the cake; was the heated pool. So relaxing and the kids had fun. Thank you for sharing your home with our family!”

“There is no wardrobe space in bedroom three, with very little in bedroom two, both bedrooms upstairs. The front door lock stopped working after about two days which left us with the lock box only, the lock had previously been playing up and maintenance man on holiday. The pool turned green during the last week, pool not useable for the last two days, so had to use the main pool to the estate. It is very hard to run a house from a distance, but more thought needed to be put into the letting of……

“House was not well cleaned. We found all kinds of wrappers behind furniture. Furniture was old and broken, especially the beds. I slept on a bunk bed for 11 days that was supported by several cans of paint, which I only realized the last day of my stay. I communicated this to Property Owner but they never responded. WIFI never EVER worked. Please don't waste your money with this Property. 14 years renting from VRBO and this is the first time I had such a terrible experience.”
