Great stay!

The check-in process was straightforward and simple. The house is connected to 2 other houses and the parking situation was a little confusing but there was plenty of space. The house itself was wonderful with plenty of beds and clean towels for everyone! The house is stocked with toilet paper, shower soaps, and hand/dish soap! There is lovely backyard space with patio furniture, a hammock, and a grill! The house and all the amenities were excellent. The only complaint I could find was that the bunkbeds squeaked a little much for my liking. Overall the host was very helpful and communicative! Thankyou for a nice stay!

Good location

Starting with the good things, the rental property is well located to downtown Lake Worth and the beach. You can walk to downtown and only a ten-minute drive to Lake Worth Beach. The property was clean and A/C was on when we arrived. Communication with the manager about check-in was not good as we didn't receive instructions on getting into the house until we were boarding our flight the day of arrival. Other stays with VRBO we received this info at least 1-2 days before check-in. Online listing was fairly accurate; however, some of the furniture such as the living room sofa and one of the BR mattresses (the smaller BR) needed replacing. Also, pans to cook with were minimal and we bought some additional pans, which we left there.

Cute house

This house was centrally located for our needs. We liked the bed set up. Home is actually like a row house, with 3 separate homes. Backyard is shared between the 3 rentals. Another family attempted to check in the yellow house after we arrived. They ended up in the smaller one next door. Happy to have washer/drier, and plenty of extras I was not expecting like paper goods, shampoo, garbage bags, etc. Last rental had NOTHING. Minor concerns were the tv remote didn’t work well. Front door lock had low batteries so we had to replace them in order yo get in. Teflon pans were very scratched. Didn’t feel safe using. Sheets and pillows were not great but we made do. Major concern was ceiling in bunk room. Heavy rain resulted in a bad, quickly worsening leak. Had to move bunks and put a bucket down. Little to no communication once we advised owner about it.

Disappointing experience: bed bugs & drainage issues

Unfortunately, my recent stay at this property (yellow house) was far from satisfactory. Check in process was easy and hassle free, the house has all amenities listed on the site. The day after our arrival, we woke up with red, big bumps on our arms and legs, a couple of days later we discovered that the bedrooms were infested with bed bugs, which made for an incredibly uncomfortable and unpleasant experience. We reported this concern to the host and two days later someone showed up to spray the bedrooms. However, that wasn’t enough, we continued finding bed bugs and getting bitten. Additionally, the drainage system in the house was severely clogged, causing water to accumulate in the shower and sink. This not only made it challenging to use these daily necessaries but also raised concerns about hygiene and sanitation. This issue was never resolved despite the reporting it to the host. While the location of the property was convenient and the amenities were adequate, the presence of bed bugs and the drainage problems significantly detracted from the overall quality of our stay. We had expected better maintenance and prompt resolution of such issues, especially considering the rental price.

Great getaway

We stayed there so we were close to the beach and Cardinals Spring Training. Had a great time. Great place. Would go back. Beds were very comfortable!

Yellow house

The location of the property was ok for our needs, but the property is much older and worn than the pictures allude to. This property needs some tlc and deep cleaning.

Wonder cute home that is about 7 to 10 minutes from the beach. There was plenty of room for everyone
