“Terrible check in experience. Been told the system is down, wait outside with luggage for a hour and have to leave eventually because they “are working on it and don’t know how long it’s going to take”.”

“The hotel room was clean and quiet. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The bathroom was too small. Breakfast was included. However, it wasn't convenient to anything such as restraunts, grocery stores, or gas stations. It gave us the opportunity to explore the local area more.”

“A bus full of college athletes came on our second night. We were in the pool and all of them, with their coaches, arrived and proceeded to take over the pool to do training/exercising. The pool was too small for us to enjoy a relaxed swim while they were doing their thing; we were figuratively "forced out". If the hotel accepts sports teams and allows them to use their facilities (such as the pool), they should be required to use it after normal guest hours. This was the only negative part of……

“It is a beautiful hotel. But it’s in the middle of nowhere. The staff is absolutely wonderful and can’t do enough for you. The facilities are beautiful. But there is absolutely nothing around the hotel. There is a mole across the way, but it looks a little sketchy. ”

“People go above and beyond for you if you have a flight they make it very relaxing and easy for you ”
