"We stayed November 29th, the lady on the front desk at 8pm, was awesome, so so kind and helpful!! I wish I would have gotten her name!! She deserves a raise, no one is that kind and accommodating anymore!! She was wonderful!"

"Very underrated hotel. Rooms are clean, spacious and well maintained, the bed was very comfortable, and the staff is super nice. 24 hour coffee in the lobby is a plus. Highly recommend if you just need an overnight in the Syracuse area."
