"The property is currently being completely gutted. There are building materials, furniture, torn up carpeting, large appliances strewn throughout the interior of the motel, including in stairwells and hallways. The exterior looks like an unkempt construction site (which it is). I left after three minutes, and hotels.com and the facility itself have thus far refused to refund my money for the grossly misrepresented product. Among other things, I am pursuing legal action. "
