「Stayed in King suite with jacuzzi and fire place.Building in need of major updates. Hotel does park and fly for the local airport so if you are flying and need a place to park very convenient, if you are staying at the hotel hard to find a convenient parking spot. Goods: Staff was friendly, good price, room was nice sized, pretty clean, breakfast was good but limited options. Bad: common areas old and outdated, bed hard with cheaper sheets, small pillows, fireplace didn't work, jacuzzi wouldn't...

「Room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly. Heating unit worked well. Parking was easy to get in and out of. Breakfast was awesome!! The fitness center was closed for repairs. I would have used it. The swimming pool and hot tub was great. The other thing I would look at is the door key to my room had issues and then the door was hard to push open. That was frustrating. Apart from that and the fitness center being closed I had a great stay. 」

「The place feels outdated, and charging for parking is frustrating. The staff weren’t particularly welcoming either. I also noticed the front desk staff speaking rudely to a member of the cleaning team, which was disappointing to see—everyone deserves to be treated with respect. I used to admire DoubleTree, but after this experience, I won’t be staying there again.」
