"We stayed at this property while visiting Tallahassee for an FSU game, and found this gem about 40 minutes away from the stadium. The property is at the top of what seems to be an apartment complex with about 7 other units with tenants. It is a small unit, with a very cohesive interior design with beautiful updated fixtures. The unit itself was very clean and tidy. The inside space is a bit on the small side, but there is a very good use of space. The surrounding area was very quiet and peaceful...

"Great location within the city, spacious villa. The surrounding neighborhood could've been better but we didn't have any issues with neighbors. Check in and Check out details could've been better with more details on what was expected at check out. We would stay here again for another Football game weekend...GO NOLES!"

"It is a hotel. The hotel did not have our exact room available. They put us in two separate rooms but we only had to pay for one. The host was excellent with communication. The property has a great outdoor seating area behind it. It was really difficult to beat for the price."

"Originally rented for myself and my wife for an anniversary stay. But when she had some health issues, she insisted I invite a couple of cycling friends and go anyway. The property was perfect for us as the 50+ mile Capital City to Sea Trail mid-point is only a few miles up the road. The mobile home has some age on it, but is in good shape considering, and very clean and comfortable."
