「Property was quiet, warm and generally clean - good location so we could walk to a couple of restaurants. Would have felt safer if other clients remembered to close the inner front door, which was on a keypad lock!! A couple of minor things which I mentioned directly to the Mode people - but not a deal-breaker!」

「Lovely host great service clean spacious peaceful friendly would deffo come again」

「The room had been newly decorated to a good standard. Excellent in room facilities. When I complained about the room being cold they immediately provided a plug in heater. Walkable distance from Blackpool north rail station.」

「Quaint B&B with nice breakfast room. comfortable and good value for money. Martin was nice and helpful. There was some issue with the key to my room which was very hard to open, but otherwise a good experience. 」

「The host cancelled my booking the day before I was due to book in because I use a walking stick and the room was on the middle floor. When I made the booking there was no mention on the booking page about about difficulties I may have. The reason given was not enough room on the expedia page. I was also refused a refund, which I find very disappointing as it was the host who cancelled my booking, not myself. Very disappointed allround.」

「Excellent opinion for a family stay. Delicious breakfast and comfortable beds. Highly recommended」

「Building Is old, drawer were very dirty toilets dirty bad small, bed with springs broken and very uncomfortable.」

「Room didn’t look like it was hoovered. Tv in room wouldn’t work. Shower stopped working and hot tap in room didn’t work. Other than that for the price we payed it was good and I would recommend if you’re on a tight budget.」

「It was more like a hostel room. Very basic, it reflects the price. Was a good location near to everything. What put me off was the smell of weed. Would I stay there again No! Lucky we bought our own bedding and towels. And soaps etc. It does reflect on the price. If your not fussy we're you stay, it's for you!」
