Achamos o hotel sujo, funcionários agitados e no café da manhã, comida não estava boa, mingau frio, o quarto fedia cachorro, e achei bem caro o valor pelo que o hotel entregou, com certeza não voltaremos lá

Good size room with sofa and kitchenette. Kitchenette had a large refrigerator. Breakfast has a bit more variety than the usual hotel breakfast. Cinnamon French toast on the morning I was there was quite good except for the crust being slightly too hard. Also had the usual waffle maker, eggs, cereal, etc.

Had to leave a review because this hotel surpassed my expectations. It was nicely renovated, so clean both in the common areas and our room! Large suite, you could adjust the AC and it actually worked, great little kitchen area, lots of room for our toddler to run around, and the most comfortable hotel bed I've slept on in a while!

I was quoted a specific price, including taxes, via Expedia. When I went to the counter to check out, after a minute of the person being on her phone she asked if I wanted a paper receipt or email. I stated an email and she said “have a nice day” and went back to her phone. I checked my credit card and found I was charged $50 more than Expedia stated. I have not received an email so can’t determine who to be pissed at, Home2 or Expedia.

There was an issue where my room was given away and the replacement room plan was not a good option, but they did their best to do what they could and I switched rooms on my schedule the following day which was helpful. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and comfortable. The full kitchens in the rooms were super convenient. The breakfast was good and the breakfast staff, in particular, were lovely. Despite the issue with my reserved room being given away, I would return in the future as the location was good, the hotel was nice, and there aren't many hotels that offer a 1 bedroom suite with full kitchen.
