“During my reception they did not provide the room that should be, have to request then change it, that's what should be "Andaman Sea View". The Services was rude and not polite enough for a 5 stars. Our Suite, should have a Butler service included. Never ask us if we need any service or provide any extra caring, just "put" in my room 1 bag and 2 hats for use during my stay and pay for it if taken away back home (horrible, non hygienic, used and damaged bag) in attached file to notice. “非常安静惬意，住客少，泳池超棒。开空调要另加钱，晚上房间开窗不会很热，但是蚊虫较多不敢开窗，所以空调是必须，另加钱不合理。”
