The house is even better than it is represented online! It manages to be both spacious and cozy all at once. Everything was immaculately clean, and the binder with suggested activities was super helpful. Location is perfect and the neighborhood is lovely.

Beautiful house! Super comfy beds and well appointed kitchen. Everything clean and all amenities well thought out. Hot tub was great and maintained weekly by the owners. Outdoor space very nice, minutes to bike trails. Located in newer part of Las Cruces but very easyTo get around. We stayed for 3 weeks and it was amazing. We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was very clean, beautifully decorated, and extremely comfortable. The host was friendly, responsive, and great with communication, which made everything easy and stress-free. We really appreciated being able to extend our stay by one additional night. The 11 a.m. checkout was a nice bonus compared to the earlier times many places now have. The location was also excellent—set in a quiet, pleasant neighborhood with great walking paths. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it.
