「Our room was clean and the staff was awesome. We saw wildlife and the most beautiful sunsets. Breakfast was a very good vegetarian breakfast. Sophia was amazing and the gentleman who served breakfast was delightful.」

「Located on the edge of the main town, greeting was warm and full of smiles which was followed by extensive information on the facilites and of many local excursions - we booked a local night walk which was perfectly managed. Room was compact but roomy enough to relax with a small open balcony. Breakfast was hearty with 4 or 5 options alongside unlimited beverages - local juices recommended. Add in free parking, simply perfect all around」

「My stay at sangregado lodge was great. The room was beautiful. It was raining a lot but we still had an opportunity to see the volcano straight from our room. Staff was very attentive and nice. We didn’t rent a car but we had access to shuttles and taxis that could take us anywhere. I think id recommend getting a car though as it might be a bit more cost efficient, but overall either is doable. There’s a lot of winding roads and there are no restaurants on the property so we had to travel about...

「I cannot say enough about our stay here. The owner helped my friend picking herbs and making a tea to settle her stomach. They ensured we had enough towels and checked in daily with us. Theu staff were very helpful. They have just added 2 new rooms and the views aroind the property were perfect. There is a swinging bridge you walk over to get to breakfast in the morning and they follow their schedule it was perfect and i am already planning my next visit back」

「Super Lage direkt am Eingang des Cloudforest, Parkplätze stehen auch direkt an der Unterkunft zu Verfügung. Mietwagen ist von Vorteil da die Lage doch etwas abgelegen ist. Die beiden Whirlpools sind das Highlight! Die Küche ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Die Anlage ist sehr gepflegt」

「Die Unterkunft ist einfach gehalten aber ein super Ort um Monteverde zu erkunden. MiLady ist sehr bemüht, dass alles zur Zufriedenheit abläuft. Es gibt ein kleines süßes Frühstück mit anschließender Tier Fütterung (Affen, Agutis, Nasenbären) waren direkt im Gartens ein absolutes Highlight :) Die Einrichtung ist ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber zum schlafen, absolut in Ordnung. Vielen Dank und PuraVida :)」

「The room and facilities were clean, my only complaint would be the area itself, out of control of the hotel. There was someone sleeping on the sidewalk in front of the hotel when we arrived and there really isn’t much to offer in the area. We only stopped for the night to catch the ferry the next day and thought that there would be more to see. 」

「Staff took us to our room only to make us move again after we settled in because she took us to the wrong room, but would not admit her mistake and lied to us instead. Found large bug on our bed crawling. Found more bugs on the ceiling and mosquito flying around in the room and a large beetle on the floor. Lamb burger for dinner meat was undercooked. Told receptionist about everything and they said and did nothing. 」
