「The loud noise of the heater when operating is very annoying. It’s a walking distance to MNSU. 」

「The hot tub was hot but the whirlpool did not work and the bathroom pool area was unkept . But we did like to be able to wash off out of the pool . Breakfast was food but nothing special. There was open containers that were definitely not up to food service standards sitting out .」

「Comfortable stay, nice property. Communication prior to arrival on Expedia was non existent. The nightly rate was fair for what you get, if your getting your own bathroom. The fees were high. You are charged double fees for using Expedia and a card ($18). Couldn't get the TV to work, it was a cold breakfast not a hot one fyi. Guests have to present for owner to run your card. Not sure why that is either if your card is on Expedia. Thank you for the accommodations. 」

「About as good as the photos show. The carpet was dirty and needs to be replaced. There were some bugs (doors are exterior so to be expected, I guess?), but no bed bugs. Sheets seemed clean. There was a spider and web over one bed. Queen beds (2) were each up against a wall or window on one side, so small. Everything was very old and smelled old. We think the paint on the outside is new. The woman who runs the motel is very sweet and we can tell she’s trying hard. Making updates where she can....
