“Upon arrival- needs to improve on instructions for checking in. Thank goodness for the maintenance men for showing us where to go. Upon arrival- someone else was in our room. We thought he was maintenance but seemed to be using room for personal use. I thought we had fallen into a scam- until he said he knew the manager and he called her personally - we were told by him to go to a different floor level as he was using our room. Manager never contacted us for the inconvenience. Our room- clean-……

“The property manager took an hour to communicate back with me after being locked out and given the incorrect access code in the booking. The phone number listed was a business number not open on the weekends. The host made me feel like I was stupid and at the wrong property. This is the worst experience I have ever had using a vacation property rental host. ”
