“They started laying carpet and had blocked the doorway. They were so helpful and very concerned about my safety. (I use a cane). They helped me get the luggage cart from the entry, over the blocked doorways and back out to the lobby after I had loaded it. The desk manager helped me take the cart akk the way to my car and helped me Unload it. He definitely went beyond with kindness. I am already booked in for my return trip home. Excellent halfway point between my friends home and mine.”

“Entered property and lobby was fine. Staff person check us in and was very pleasant. Got to our room and it was awful. Stained sheets and bed comforter, unfinished ceiling work in bathroom. Very disturbing and did not sleep as a result. Will never stay at this brand again!”

“The property is in bad shape on the outside, but our room was spotless, it had everything working like it should. Really happy with our stay.”

“The smell from air freshener was overwhelmingly strong. We had to sleep with window open to be able to breathe. There were no towels in bedroom when we arrived. The staff did provide us with towels. The carpet in front of air-conditioning was very wet. There were only a few local stations available. We left before breakfast was served.”

“Kiosk to check in with a very rude customer representative. Foul smell throughout hotel. No freezer in mini fridge was told I could get one for a extra fee. Hairs in the towels.”

“The property was listed as newly renovated, and it certainly was not! Only the flooring looked new. The pictures online do not match what you actually get. Bed very hard and simply one mattress on a metal frame. Doors/locks did not feel secure. Very poorly insulated, we could hear every little noise from other rooms and the road. The first room we went into was so strong cleaning product/chemical smelling that it made eyes water and induced an asthma attack. Second room was stale old smoke……

“I didn’t stay here they canceled my reservation due to them being fully booked and then they didn’t return my money for them canceling my reservation so I can’t rate the rooms but the service I received was horrible and unfortunately unprofessional for not refunding me my money it was you who cancelled my reservation that was already paid for in full”

“We had a first floor room that faced the river. The room was very large with a king size bed that provided a great night's sleep. Room had a couple of comfortable chairs with a table, refrigerator and microwave as well as a very comfortable recliner. Coffee was available 24 x 7 with flavored creamers. A couple of restaurants within walking distance.”
